1. Do the products have a warranty?
Our motor has a 1-year warranty, not including man cause damage and consumable parts.
2. How to place an order? How to pay?
Please refer to our Service Process
We only accept T/T (Bank Transfer) on payment. We do not have PayPal, WeChat, and other methods so far.
3. How to ship and how you pack the goods?
We pack the machine with crate packing or pallet.
For fewer than 2 sets of machines like ice shavers, we usually suggest you go by air which through TNT Door to Door Service.
On the other hand, we can ship by either air cargo or sea freight just on your need. About air cargo and sea freight, the goods only deliver to the airport or port. You may seek an agent to deal with the Customs Clearance and transport.
4. Do you know the import tax of my place? How can I know the total cost I should pay?
We are not familiar with other countries' Tax Code, so we do not know how much will it be. However, we can show you the HS Code to help you with searching it or ask the agent in your place.
