The purpose of the machine is filling the sausage efficiently. The average yield of ground meat is 300 kg per hour, and making sausage is 220 kg per hour.
For filling sausage, the stainless steel funnel can put about 7 kg of stuffing at once, and the stainless steel mechanical arm will stably push the stuffing to the grinding tube and go into casings. You can control ON & Off by switch or foot pedal. One horsepower motor operates at fast speed and can stand continuous use for a long period. To sum it up, this model is suitable for those of medium-size owners, and wants to save the labor while operating.
The function of grinding meat is the same as a general meat grinder but a bigger tube, which is 8.5 cm of diameter of cutting plate. Cast iron and stainless steel tube sets are available.

How to maintain the machine?
1. Open the cover in front of the tube and remove the cutting plate, blade and screw.
2. Put a stick under the bottom of the machine, and make it lean forwardly.
3. Clean the stainless steel funnel and the tube with a neutral detergent and water. (Do not wet the motor box.)
4. You can move the stainless arm by loosening the screw on the top. And clean the funnel just like the steps above.
5. After cleaning the machine arm, iron blades, and cast iron screw, please put some cooking oil to prevent oxidation.
How to make sausage?
1. Put the casing on the funnel-shaped spout.
2. Fill the iron funnel with the seasoned meat stuffer, and you can start filling sausages. The maximum volume is about 26L.
3. Remove the blade and put the largest size of cutting plate in. Attach the funnel-shaped spout and cover then tight it.
4. Turn the switch to "forward", and the meat goes to the casting.
5. After all the meat fills into the casting, you may make it into sections manually.
