How to maintain the machine?
1. Open the cover in front of the tube and remove the blade and screw.
2. Put a stick under the machine, and make the machine lean forward.
3. Clean the stainless steel funnel and the tube with a neutral detergent and water. (Do not wet the motor box.)
4. After cleaning the iron blade and cast iron screw, please put some cooking oil to prevent oxidation.
How to make sausage?
1. Put the casing on the funnel-shaped spout.
2. Fill the iron funnel with the seasoned meat filling, and you can start filling sausages.
3. Remove the blade and put the largest size of cutting plate in. Attach the funnel-shaped spout and cover then tight it.
4. Turn the switch to "forward", and the meat goes to the casting.
5. After all the meat fills into the casting, it can be divided into sections manually.
