Fujimarca Block Ice Shaver (Crunchy Ice) is a very economical model for clear ice blocks because it's durable and high productive. The shaved ice is about 10 - 30 cubic millimeters; this texture is obvious than snow ice flakes. It has a powerful motor, which is full of copper wires. All Fujimarca ice shavers use the Japanese selected stainless steel and made in Taiwan. The material of blades is firm and not easy to crack. The ice flakes come out smoothly through the blade.
It can support the rapid production of cracking ice, such as Philippines dessert Halo-halo and Taiwanese traditional brown sugar shaved ice. You can adjust the height of the blade slightly by the butterfly copper screws below the plate. The higher the blade, the texture of ice would be rougher. Please keep the horizon between the blade and the surface of the copper plate. When placing the ice block, please put the flatter side to touch the copper plate so that the ice shaver can shave easily and reduce the shaking.
